The romantic City Apartment is located directly near the Urban-Loritz Park , in the 7th district of Vienna--on of the most beautiful districts of Vienna.  The district has existed since 1850 whereby many turn-of-the-century erected buildings can still be found and admired there. With the flowering of the Austrian silent film area, from 1918-1923, the nearby Neubaugasse and street bordering on it, were developed to form a film district.

This is why many of the old Viennese restaurants, with their traditional cuisine, cafés, and bars settled there. The apartment is located 50m from the main library of Vienna. This library, with its 800,000 visitors annually, is considered one of the most frequented attractions of Vienna.
